Group Registration
If you're registering multiple individuals from the same organization, you can take advantage of our group discounts:
- Register a group of 3 and receive $100 off per person.
- Discounts are available in groups of 3 or 6.
When the first person in your group registers, they will receive a unique group code in their confirmation email. This code should be used by the remaining group members when completing their registration to receive the discount.
Registration Definitions:
Government: State agencies, local governments and intergovernmental risk-sharing administrators
Corporate: Private sector organizations
Student: Full Time (currently enrolled) students attending a college, university, or community college.

Scholarships
PRIMA & PERI are offering more than 15 scholarships to attend the annual conference. Accepting applications starting January 2026!
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations and requests for refunds must be received in writing and are subject to a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations received after Friday, May 15, 2026, are nonrefundable. Individual registrations can transferred, please contact meetings@primacentral.org to arrange. Sharing of registrations is not permitted at any time.
Notices
If PRIMA must cancel this conference for any reason, liability is limited to the registration fees paid only. PRIMA is not responsible for other expenses incurred.
Payments to PRIMA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purpose.
