PRIMA's Official Hotel Block Opens January 2025
PRIMA’s 2025 Annual Conference will be held at the Seattle Convention Center, Arch Building. The convention center will be home for all activities unless otherwise noted.
Making Reservations
PRIMA has secured a negotiated rate at the Sheraton Grand Seattle and The Westin Seattle, Sunday, June 1 - Wednesday, June 4. In an effort to support our host city of Seattle and keep registration fees lower, PRIMA asks that you stay at the contracted hotel. Reservations open January 2025.

Hotel Reservation Policies
All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card. To avoid a one night's room and tax charge, reservations must be canceled at least 3 (three) days prior to scheduled arrival. No-show fees will be treated as cancellations and charged for one night's room and tax. To avoid possible early checkout fees, please advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
