Therefore, flights fill up fast and airfare pricing can surge at any time. Please make your airfare travel as soon as you have secured your conference registration for best pricing, seats and arrival/departure times.

Nashville International Airport (BNA) is preparing for high passenger volume due to Country Music Association's Music Festival (CMA Fest). Here are a few tips for a seamless travel journey: pack smart, arrive early, and allow for extra time for bag and gate check-in. 

Taxis, Uber, Lyft & Shuttles 

Ride App vehicles (Uber/Lyft) pick up at the Ground Transportation Center, Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2. Click here for a diagram showing pick-up locations.

Travelers Note: Uber & Lyft are generally 10-15% cheaper than a taxi BUT watch the surge levels because 2x is more expensive than a cab in almost any city.

PRIMA will provide shuttle services to the Saturday Night Social Event, shuttle pickup will be the Gaylord Opryland, Delta Ballroom Portico.
