We are pleased that you will serve as a presenter at the 2018 PRIMA Annual Conference! Below you will find information necessary to prepare for your education session. If you have any questions, please contact PRIMA’s Education and Training team at education@primacentral.org.
Audio Visual forms and PowerPoint presentations should be sent to PRIMA’s Education and Training team education@primacentral.org by Wednesday, March 28, 2018.

Audio Visual Needs Form

Please download and fill out the required AV Needs Form. The standard AV set up for each session room is: LCD projector, screen, power connection for a laptop (presenters are required to bring their own laptop) and 2 lavaliere microphones. Any additional AV requests must be indicated on the AV Needs Form and are subject to review and approval by PRIMA staff.

The official PRIMA Annual Conference PowerPoint Template is required for all session presentations.
By submitting your PowerPoint Presentation, you authorize PRIMA to post the presentation (as a PDF file) in the conference mobile app

Fees, Terms and Conditions 

Conference Fees 

Presenters at PRIMA's 2018 Annual Conference are considered attendees and are expected to pay their own travel expenses to and from Indianapolis and conference registration fees. Presenters are not required to attend the days they are not speaking.

Conference registration is complimentary on the day of your presentation.

PRIMA does not pay speaking fees.
