All forms and PowerPoint presentations are due by Wednesday, March 29, 2017.
This year, PRIMA has launched a new registration system. Speakers should access the speakers’ registration portal to complete their registration. Should you experience any difficulty registering, please contact PRIMA’s meetings manager, Monique Gilliam at email@example.com or 703.253.1263.
Please download and fill out the required AV Needs Form. The standard AV set up for each session room is: LCD projector, screen, power connection for a laptop (presenters are required to bring their own laptop) and 2 lavaliere microphones. Any additional AV requests must be indicated on the AV Needs Form and are subject to review and approval by PRIMA staff.
The official PRIMA Annual Conference PowerPoint Template is required for all session presentations.
By submitting your PowerPoint Presentation, you authorize PRIMA to post the presentation (as a PDF file) in the conference mobile app.
If any changes or updates are made to your presentation, biographies or contact information, please communicate those changes as soon as possible to Taquan Gilbert at firstname.lastname@example.org.
