PRIMA Housing Policies

Reservations at an official conference hotel must be accompanied by a deposit equal to one-night's room and tax to guarantee the reservation. All cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of the deposit. Any and all cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit. Anyone booking more than eight room nights will be required to sign a room block contract with the hotel, and will be held to the hotel's attrition and cancellation policies as per their contract.
